Wait, I just realized that the man that appears on Volume 20, Chapter 187 isn't Kanegami, but a completely different person. Even he also have the same hair style with Kanegami. As far as I see, Kanegami is the closest one as the overarching antagonist on Oishinbo, with no redeeming qualities...
