i was a bit let down thinking they brought back this series for only one arc it's a bit weird to see the author jumping from one editor to another not knowing what's happening behind the scenes, but i'm at the very least glad this is not the last time we'll see these guys

these guys traffick kids who are confirmed to have special abilities and they tie them... with ropes? and then they are put behing... regular bars? sorry for the skepticism, but are there any actual special abilities outside of the main cast?
