I just freaking love how this story doesn't shy away from "quick and dirty" kills. It doesn't need everything to be a long and epic battle. Like don't get me wrong, there will be a fair share of long battles in the future, but quick kills like this serves the purpose of showing just how brutal...

Only 8 chapters is crazy though. I don't mind short serialisations but I feel like there's enough story potential for this to run a little longer. There's still the topic of untangling Kira's newfound (genuine) love, or even just telling how Kurata is going to balance everything without ending...
