I really don't get the hate for this guy, he's at most mildly annoying and an even smaller inconvenience. He's never done anything to actually make me hate him like everyone else does, it feels forced.
It's not about making him horrible for the sake of story, he's genuinely a horrible person. We know this, he was sleeping around with other women while his wife was missing. He's blaming the mother of his child for his death, that's not good person stuff. He's been an asshole this entire story.
He has literally not interacted with women outside of the 2 named women in the manga other than his mother for decades, he's been too busy doing his job and stinking from the stench of 100 dragons. Cut him a break, context clues bruh.
It's not an onion tho. They literally go through a whole couple chapters explaining these vegetables and meats have very clear differences other than the name.
