Indeed it does. Amazon Japan is probably the easiest, but there are other options too like BOOK☆WALKER. Digital version is 2 volumes to the print's 1.

For another, similar teacher manga where the teacher has to deal with conundrums from students (that predates this one actually), I recommend Suzuki-sensei. I think it is even better than this.
