It seems like the perfect excuse to cause the character to have amnesia or something similar, the amount of time the author spent on Yu-Juran will probably lead to some form of redemption arc.

The death was quite graphic. Okaya was really optimistic about the fall, now he lost his god and earned a vengeful mourning mom on a killing spree.

After re-reading this chapter, I just realized that the page 11 was supposed to show that she was pregnant (her water broke given the state of her legs). Harusa was supposed to be the name of her child with Butama. I don't know if the child is alive or she faced a miscarriage and is delusional...
