It's gotten pretty blatant in recent chapters hasn't it? I commented on a early thread the realization that the story appears to have always been illustrated with 3D the whole way down (+ paintover) but the consistency of the various models has taken a nosedive since they visited Yvonne's family.

On a completely different note, I know there was an art shift a while back due to the original artist needing to step back, and koikatsu backgrounds (I recognize that lighting engine you can't fool me) have been a thing for a while, but at what point did characters start being 3D models as well...
