Nah Its a fairly common design trope. its just that most of the time its just that. a design choice that never actually gets acknowledged in universe or anything
the art is so good but the writing at this point is just becoming a joke. Shou knows she loves arvel. arvel knows she loves him. she knows arvel loves her but the author just insists on making arvel a complete imbecile for no reason at this point and its starting to get incredibly annoying.
