I can at least say that the current fight will continue from there with no interruption, all the way until its conclusion. Switching between them was more important than it might have seemed for now, for plot reasons that will be revealed in the climax.

A general thing is that even if they find them hot, humans are generally too terified to think much about it. So it either takes being real horny or a mind of steel, to not say both.
