Yes that’s correct. They’re just ”proportionally” weaker for low class but they all have it. The ones introduced back in ch8.2 just didn’t get the opportunity to use theirs.

It was a decision by Makeship that I only saw at the end. I don’t think it’s too late to ask them to change it to the side of the hips for the production though, so I’m thinking of doing that.
