I have to disagree at this point. I think your forgetting this is only chapter 5, most mangas take more than 5 chapters before anything major really happens. At this point they are all setting the stage, world building and such. Well the good stories are at least.
Information about Cain's abilities is mostly restricted due to him A. being a minor and B. being an apostle. All they know about him from the republic side is that hes strong enough to beat a few C ranks. To be fair to the bad guys here bringing 500 or so people would normally beat an S rank...
This is gonna sound really strange, but im really glad this manga keeps doing boring crap like this. It will happily use the most basic cookie cutter tropes for a kicked from the party story but then will break the mould by doing stuff like not giving the old party a full blown...
what was their plan here? Did they really just go "lets kidnap the boyfriend of somebody we know is from the Yakuza" and think nothing bad would happen to them? This is probably the best outcome for them, just one person beating the crap out of them. What was the plan when the Yakuza family...
Shiika is probably early teens as we see in page 26 Yuri and Shiika in a picture, Yuri is clearly much older in the picture, probably in high school at that point while Shikka is shown carrying a stuffed doll and much smaller, shes probably around 5-6 in those scenes. Given the 7 year jail time...
Cain is not hiding his noble status, the kingdom they are in also knows his rank. The problem is the son assumed Cain was the son of a count not the count himself. as for his father due to his rank he wouldnt have been told of Cain before hand, Hes related to finacne not education.
Yeah that teacher would be fired. Even though it was a drill, he failed to insure his students complied. Whats more an actual earthquake happed making it even worse.
Only the higher ups in the church and those that can receive divine messages know hes a god. whats more the church has no pressence inside the tower, so people living there will have no idea hes a god.
From what we've seen so far all the humans have going for them is mis-information. The demons believe that the humans remained as strong as when the Hero was there and that the hero left them power or something similar. The humans though seem to have rapidly weakend due to the hero's influence...
Wasn't the Saintess both a member of the Church and a Holy nation of some kind? Isn't what shes doing here straight up an act of War? Her Religion isn't followed in the nation Kehma's in so she has no power from the church here and they treat dungeons and villages that they spawn as...
From what little we know about the MC and Elves, I agree. They seem to be Xenophobic yet the MC has no problems being alongside humans. This flashback seems to be explaining why she's not living with the Elves. We also know the MC has no issue with magic so maybe the Elves hate it in the same...
Its really common for fantasy type worlds to be like that though. Most common reason being along the lines of, if you can make fire by snaping your fingers why build firestarters? As for us having things like pots cooking gruel themselves, thats something we desired and lo and behold we found...
