Actually such a Trap heavy dungeon is their first time which is why they got the Dark Elf as help. None of them has experience with those. Of note this is not a normal encounter either as the Trap Dolls are supposed to be Solitary too and they also use tricks the three haven't encountered yet.

To be honest I can see it. At that point he was probably moving on 90% Adrenaline and grabbed her with the strength of a man fighting for his life (and failing). And while he was Zorzal he was physically not a weakling.

To be sure I went and checked and the translation did use モブ顔 which is exactly what was translated. I should note though that "Mob" is not specifically a Game Term and even predates most video games. It came about as a term for a "unassuming and boring" Person, a part of the "faceless mob" and...

Usually the "No kill" stuff can end up annoying me. But here I kinda like his attitude regarding it. "Yeah I promised not to kill but that doesn't mean I can't turn you into a bloody, broken mess." Also I love the trash talk since from what we saw he hits the nail on the mark.

You might have missed a detail then. He was pretty much set up by the king, with the one suggesting the rebellion being the Kings inside man.
