Yes but these scans are a few years old now so not much can be done unless someone wants to take a shot at redoing the whole thing themselves. Now, SAP's scans were actually quite high-quality and proofread but we got sniped and surpassed so hard that it demoralized us too much to continue, sadly.

The last 2 chapters are up on Temple Scan's website. I tried to upload them but it seems Temple Scan has locked themselves from uploads so I'm guessing only power uploaders and MD staff can upload their stuff now.
