Yeah the girlfriend part is a legitimately interesting piece to this puzzle. Because that would allude to that at some point Rudy's assertiveness was beneficial to both of them and that they were peers after leaving the orphanage for at least some time. Additionally, their feelings were mutual...
The original 1-shot had such great potential; the two inadvertently meeting at the end had such an interesting premise.
Then it got a serialization and tried to overhaul the story's premise to a degree and more or less left readers bewildered as it became just a RomCom with 1 guy dating 2...
Its his resurrection level healing Angelica's referring too.
A fun story thus far with equal parts heart-wrenching and comedic situations.
The New Trainee each primary arc is a rather funny way to carry through the story.
I love the usage of the double level straight-man. (Effectively Rick...
So I'm listening to playlist I have while scrolling some stories and I just happen to read this chapter with REO Speedwagon's Can't Fight This Feeling. Strangely fitting lol
I had kind of hoped to see the fire bombing; just to see how Jerome would handle it in the long run. At minimum he should of got to blow up some stuff.
My guess is Becker got the photo from the 1st Secretary by getting him extremely drunk after what Alfred informed him of.
Alfred was either silenced or put into hiding; potentially Alfred sided with Goldran on his beliefs and thus Becker gave that test to the MC with the coins. Then hearing...
While it felt like about 2/3rds of the way in the story got bored and decided to hurry to an end; it was fine. Not very memorable but the fact the MC stayed with only the 1st girl was actually a nice change of pace.
I'd theorize that Ageha was originally a good natured hero like most heroes in fiction. Only akin to how Kiska's village valued people; even while being the hero, Ageha was tossed into the dungeon because she no longer held value. Any companions she had turned on her. Perhaps she used her reset...
That's it!
Their plane didn't crash; it vanished because it was supposed to. Based on the medical personnel heavy passenger list seemingly; very likely the group was recruited to some sort secretive medical research center. Akin to a CIA Blacksite or an Area 51 type of thing.
Strangely enough I don't hate his reasoning for the romance's conclusion. While he personally wanted Romantica to win it; his own novel went the other direction with Ajest winning Desir's affection. This allows both endings to have merit and not actively compete.
