I don't think the thoughts over the flashback connect properly. Perhaps the first phrase needs to be "Otaku-kun has always been"? That part would be missing in "oktakukun wa zutto," but is required in English.
The pages are all out of order for this chapter, and the majority of the pages from the next chapter are also mixed in here. Could the pages be put in the correct order one day?
