It's an abbreviation for Law Enforcement in some areas. Usually it's LEO or Law Enforcement Officer, but I've seen vests with only LE in the back though.

What's weird is that my ADHD meds which should cause insomnia seem to help me sleep. I missed taking them yesterday and I slept like 3 hours total. Brain go BRRRRRRRRRRRRRR~
