I think they're actually all marquises. From the first chapter: They are 侯爵 instead of 公爵, both annoyingly "kōshaku". Those titles, from what I can find, are the same in Mandarin: 侯爵 "hóujué", marquis, and 公爵, "gōngjué", duke.
