That's not accurate at all. Isekai means the character has transferred from 1 world to another so even if the character moved from a fantasy world to the real world that'd still be isekai. Just not being the real world when all characters in the story originate from that world is in no way...

Why did they skip a chapter and post ch6 as ch5? The disjointed end of ch4 to the start of this chapter should have told them they missed 1 and thi isn't ch5.

I agree with @Harroc What happened with the Dryad and the Cursed Water? And when did the Rain start and cause the Fire Dragon to rampage? Definitely feels like at least 1 entire chapter is missing between 18 and 19.
