In the raw, there is a "今" (now) in the sentence, so I used the present tense. But yeah, it reads a little bit weird, so I now change it to the past tense ("fall" -> "fell"). Hopefully it is better.
@BCS It basically means "I feel physically uncomfortable about it (but I don't know why)" or that he doesn't know she's his mother consciously. I personally don't see why it makes no sense.
