I wouldn't personally. Mental age and life experience is important before taking part in that sort of thing. Otherwise they are not informed enough to give informed consent and also not mature enough for my tastes.

I think he is noting that the dinosaurs existed and ones that their looks might have been similar to dragons. Technically we only know what their body structure looked like. We don't know their outer features very well.
