Pretty much all of the sites include the bonus chapters in the chapter count for some reason and it seems that mangadex just sticks to that. That makes it so confusing. But yeah, chapter 39 will be the last one sadly :c

The chapter is included in volume 6, after chapter 32. But yeah, theoretically it should be. It's kinda confusing.

It's something like a Nickname. In Chapter 2 and 5 the girl (Kotomi) calls him like that too.
