@Rhin Gaia/the Earth doesn't die even if her "children" (that is, all living beings on it) die. It's in fact a centerpiece of the conflicts between Gaia and Alaya. Gaia hates that her children are becoming more independent, and calls on the other planets to wipe us out whenever she's dying.

The implication was there in the previous two chapters, it's not really a surprise to me.
The idea was never to send Noah elsewhere, but to have him sleep until Earth is inhabitable again. I think the magic organ is also his mom's invention.
@Mojo I mean, one thing is killing in self-defense if you're being hunted, but at this point we know catboy kills and tortures for enjoyment, it doesn't really matter if he was twisted into it.
@jimkage it's 6, of which Astral Buddy and Accelerator just ended, Dark Matter was a 4 chapter deal, Idol Accelerator was a non-canon comedy that finished already, and Virtual On is a videogame-based non-canon story. Only Railgun remains right now. Though we may actually get NT-era spin-offs now...
@wymar But wouldn't the computer need human infrastructure to function? At the very least it needs a sapient civilization to work, though not necessarily us.
