Apologies for the typo on page 20. I was told everything was good to go and of course we didn't notice it until our typesetter went to sleep (I don't have any of our fonts installed currently). Should be fixed by tomorrow. We also have switched the spelling of "Ex" to "Ekusu" as that is now...
