Molho is sauce in Portuguese It says sauce sauce I think it was supposed to be vinagrete sauce. I think it may be originated from vinaigrette but the Brazilian version has more vegetables in it (as is described in the manga) and it's almost a salad, so I think it would be best to leave it...
