I like monk acknowledging azure - whether greeting or respect for the more powerful. Nice touch. Good to see monk do more than bodyguard duty. Shame we won't see secret death plots by azure. I feel that could've been a fun touch. The running gag per se.

Not sure how I feel about tsundere spirit. But poor monk. I don't think we're supposed to feel for the spirits like anime characters, but a little break from serious for comedic relief is ok. As long as it doesn't take away the potency of the spirits. Honestly we know more about azure than monk...
