@kn1000a Some teams do rely on donation income for stuff, private or otherwise. If people are willing to donate, they should understand that unless the team explicitly states what the donations are used for.

@kn1000a It's relatively easy to get digital hq scans of pages if you know where to look. Very few teams pay for raws, in perspective of all the teams actively scanlating.

Here's me wondering why people can't just admit they want more money. It's not shameful to ask to be paid for work, but don't try to play it off like your goal is purely altruistic. Who cares if someone asks for donations? Rally against paywalls like the novel community Qidian die in a fire...
