I feel like a fool trying to review and reflect on this, when neither the manga nor the readers want to hear about questionable content. So, if you value your time and integrity, don't waste it. And it offends me to read comments that call BL readers sick, as if everyone likes this.

So the protagonist's sister has a creepy obsession with him, which could be considered an anime cliché. And it seems like the protagonist is meant to be a sexual figure—at school, with his classmates, with his future friend, with his family (his sister), and with society in this manga.
