There's no SV that I recall or even nudity. The worst thing might be a character with self harm scars.
It's fairly realistic and generally depressing.
The first girl and overarching MC does not do any sex work. Some others do.
It's not unhinged like Boy's Abyss or anything like that...
Man, I love Bloom Into You, but this might actually be the best romance manga. There's a mixture of honesty and aspiration here that is hard to ignore.
Kids?
The first handbook about it was published in 1944. The creators were born in the 19th century. It's okay not to know something, but I don't see why you need to make snide 'kids these days' remarks instead of going on about your day.
The only thing I've heard about her from socials or whatever is that she's stupidly good-looking.
