Where the hell does this idea of "reversed chastity" come from? Chastity is not something that can be reversed, and it almost definitely has nothing to do with the relation between men and women. It just means not having sex, which can happen, or not happen, between any set of multiple people...
Isekai having Japanese honorifics never makes any sense. It's all "why can I understand the language when it's different", but then they've got parts of the character's original language so why wouldn't the rest of the language be the same?

Does KS have a proofreader? Although I don't see how that last one comes into being at all even before the question of proofreading.
