I honestly think you're wrong (I am only up to this chapter btw).
I did think the same and it did make sense some years back when I read it but now with all the x.5 chapters being uploaded and 4+4.5 it feels like the head is being NTRd on purpose, straight up unironic no joke. Seems to be body > head. The body made the head swoon, lust and blush for glasses. The head has pretty much no power over the body. If not intended, my bad for misunderstanding but the author then heavily failed at writing this properly.
If intended, would be a shame as the premise seemed.. interesting to say the least and it would be a bummer if it only is another cheap NTR(-bait)-comedic relief satire Shoujo.
Hope I am proven wrong soon as there are no raws available and I sure as hell won't pay for what might end up being a 1/10.
