Leveling up makes it so that her truck can no longer teleport randomly, she can only travel to places she's setup shop before. I imagine she would still be able to drive manually, but she probably doesn't want to risk it.

That is the most idiotic system I've heard of. Surely one would expect the skill to retain the ability to go to random places?

Also didn't she previously have the choice of where to spend the level-up points?
