Finished the chapter, thoughts are: the whole "customized eugenics for the rich" thing, and then the trope of mutant ppl with superpowers locked up in a research facility ... WOW that actually just works so well together. I'm baffled that I haven't seen it before, but that's how you always feel when an author is original (read: mentally ill) (read: good)
