It's a lot higher than that. Girl, guy, doesn't really matter much in this case - this isn't a gender-specific trait. Most people care about other people based on how they're treated.

It takes a lot of time though - usually years. And that sucks for young couples because the initial infatuation phase of the relationship wears off before they establish a strong friendship bond. These two have the childhood friendship to base their relationship on, so they've skipped that part of it.

This looks like it's gonna be an interesting one. It reminds me of Miyu-chan Will Always Be Your Friend in some ways, what with it seeming like she's going to improve his life. Though the Time Travel tag makes this more interesting (along with the coffin image).
