They poached your poachers! They're poacher poachers! That's got to be at least twice as bad, right?

Fridge Logic:

• The only reason that it would be okay for Rein's party to not stand watch themselves would be if the animal watch is good enough. Which it clearly isn't. And he only set one animal. (Keep in mind that this is while they have three hostile poachers secured who might break loose during the night and kill them all.)
• And the animal didn't get any warning off at all about an intruder to their campsite? It should have warned as soon as the other two approached.
• And the poachers don't make any noise or fuss as they're being poached? Ayla/Aug would have to find the correct tent, wake the poachers, somehow to convince them to follow Ayla/Aug without making a noise.
• And Ayla/Aug is pretty much guaranteed to get into some sort of fight. If nothing else, when they get back to town, they get accused of poaching the poachers.
• Ayla supposedly thinks that Rein is in cahoots with the poachers. As if somehow the poachers are willing to get arrested and punished for being poachers? And she still thinks this even though they're tied up at the campsite?

Well, thankfully, this series has a habit of punishing idiots (yes the hero party idiots are still alive, but that just because the author clearly has more suffering plannedfor them in the future), so I’m sure she’ll suffer for it

Seriously, this girl seems irredeemable. "I won't let those days get to me again." Seems like they are getting to her. They're already firmly anchored in her mind, and whatever "those days" were, there is a good chance that she will get back to them as a criminal soon. She could still surrender and the main cast will likely forgive her because of how soft-hearted the MC is, but she's unlikely to.

The man still has a chance for redemption. For now, he's an accomplice that deserves the same treatment as her. He didn't make the decision to steal the poachers, but he participated, reluctant as he might be. The next chapter will show us if his apparent remorse is worth anything.
