I thought this same thing well working on this... but maybe she isn't sure how to keep the undead... undead... the ways of Necormancy are lost on me... clearly... but like Vampires are a little more powerfull than the lesser undead...

While i totally agree, id rather put out splits rather than make people wait. I may go back and compile the chapters at a later date, but since this is how its published and how the raws come this is how it goes out.

No slights to the messenger by any means, of course. Only expressing the well-worn frustrations that:

1) It is a thing to start with. But, businesses gotta business, so it's simply what the game is.
2) That in the majority of cases (and certainly using this chapter as an example), the splits never come off as organic.

If we take the assumption that chapter splits will forever be a thing, it's really that second point that is the more egregious of the two. Because an author can at least attempt to flow the narrative of any given chapter to accommodate the break points.

Reminds me of the adbreaks in tv broadcast movies (dunno if that's still a thing).
Twitch and YT also do the same (even tho the uploader/streamer has some tools to choose when they are adbreaks).

Split chapters are done by the publisher, not the author. Of course I don't know the inner machinations, but I won't be surprised if some authors are requested to do full chapters the normal way only for publishers arbitrarily cut them to maximize profits.

probably due to the taboo of necromancy magic and it seems her teacher is a priest, so what she would learn will be under heavy scrutiny and censored (im guessing most curses within necromancy/dark magic are removed from her learning materials) and will be limited to low level magic and supports (like the spells she used to awaken the demon lord).

but then we have the Corpse God from Deadmount Deathplay that is a master or godlike in his manipulation of spirits and souls and flesh that he able to alters, combine and manipulate living and dead flesh even artificial such as turning the killer girl from zombie-like to vampire-like or bind a tissue of dead dragon god to a robotic hand of an assassin/butler/bodyguard boy.

That's very much what I've concluded myself in regards to it; but still an author should still at least be able to talk to their editor about where in general those splits would happen. For a chapter split into just two parts, it would be easier to control what the ending line is so it doesn't seem so...abrupt.

Although that becomes a lot more challenging trying to do the same thing to a long chapter that gets diced into 4 parts to be released on a weekly basis.

This is what i hate about this genre troupe. The MC so fiery on getting revenge, even make a vow about it with self justification monologue; and then when somebody give a mean to accomplish it, the MC just went retarded and suck up with their morale dilemma. Can we just bring Dwight from next door manga and replace this MC? Lol we gonna have BL Demon King.
