Reasonable motive. With that in mind all fingers point to the two people running the inn, but considering what kind of manga this is it would be too obvious.

My guess: one of those 4 university students is using it as an excuse to off the others, for reasons to be revealed.

As for the teacher, he's still suspicious but it's odd that he's not really hiding the mark on his wrist. Maybe he is (or was) part of the same group that killed Kuchinashi's parents, but wasn't involved directly.

Nice theory. Mine is that it was actually the art student that killed the fish "proving" that the glass was poisoned, but it was actually the bread lol.
