They might be in the wrong order, seemed like he's being wished luck on what comes next, then he's sneaking home after long hours with his toys, to then explain that next he's going to reward the hardest working dolls, and last running into the sister when he failed his sneak roll.

Edit: Anyway, seems like the sneaking scene should be after the explanation about why he has to do a round with the one thousand noncombat girls, with extra emphasis on mvp ones.
