This was clearly dumb drama farming by teh author on this one. Even if the queen doesn't know Rys is a demon, she knows the wolves of justice are mixed humans and demons. So it would not be odd for Flio to be friends with demons, not that much of a step to marry one and have a kid with one. There is no need to hide from teh queen anything demon related. Maybe from people that don't know about the wolves of justice, but not from the queen.
