Believe in the power of foreshadowing and plot twists, this manga has always been like that. The more attention to detail you have, the more you will enjoy it in retrospective.
Or you could just re-read the whole thing again. I know I'm doing that once it's completed.
BTW, is it just me that thinks it's getting sus how kuch emphasis they're putting on Green Keeper understanding invaders? He's always been a wacky mysterious guy, but there's lot about him we don't know. What if he is, in fact, one of the executives that had the same plan as D in the beginning? (that being, infiltrate the Keepers to destroy them from inside, but getting all tangled up on truths and twists and losing sight of the original plan) Would kinda explain his sudden personality change whenever he suits up, he's the only Keeper that does that. And they just explained about the executive soul thing loving in a body last chapter...
