Looks like they were nuked because of the DMCA strike... Along with basically most of our releases, but only partially. It's so weird.

From what I could tell, it's a spray and pray DMCA, they don't care which series will be hit. Of course, Kowloon will never get officially translated to english, so it's really annoying.

Thanks for reuploading the chapters, unfortunately I think the admins have said that they'll lock the series and properly remove all the chapters later. Do you plan to continue scanlating this, and if so where should I be looking?

We will definitely keep scanlating all our series, but I don't know where we would host them... Mangadex was always my go-to place. Most other sites are simple aggregators that steal and we cannot upload anything ourselves, let alone have full control of them (to make edits and everything). Do you know of any sites? I heard about [REDACTED], but I've never checked it out before.

I even thought about making our own scan site/blog for the releases, but I doubt many people would check it out outside of popular platforms, like Mangadex.

If you do make your own site, one way to let more people receive updates/notifications would be Mangaupdates, it doesn't host any scanlations but you can put a link to your own website on your group page at least. It might also be a good idea to support reader apps like Mihon (which I only found out about like 5 minutes ago but yeah)

I will most likely set up a discord server really soon, at least till we find a way to upload chapters in a way that is accessible to many people and they don't have to go out of their way to find us.

I will also attempt to make some simple site for the releases and build an extension for tachiyomi/mihon/paperback, because I know a lot of people (me included) use them exclusively.

I actually opened a ticket to get scanlation permissions just now! Thank you all for asking and being interested, it really means the world to me. Sometimes it feels like we're doing this for nobody, it feels really good to be proven wrong.

Aside from aggregators, [REDACTED] (re-established/renewed) is only thing that isn't ripping things from MD, that I know.

Thats why I make sure to say words of appreciation to other selfless people that putting in work on niche mangas.

It has links to Cubari and a list of alternative sites to find our releases (especially the ones that got nuked). You can keep using whichever method is most comfortable to you, we will keep uploading consistently across all of them (Also, [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] have Mihon/Paperback extensions, which helps). You could also subscribe to the site's newsletter to get a notification for every new release.


There's also a discord server, but it's not quite ready yet. Its main purpose would be to alert people who are interested whenever new chapters come out, with a role-based system. It should be prepared soon-ish, though.
