He has a skill enforced by the spirit of his sister to prevent them from acknowledging him, plus he looks completely different now. So he'll probably be fine unless he outright walks up and says hi to them.
Not just that, his skill outright prevents people from talking or thinking about him too much, and probably makes it easier for him to cut ties (the name is "Separation", but it's conceptual rather than physical). It's probably why his stalker from earlier chapters (Dean's sister) hasn't been seen in ages. It seems like it's less effective on those he interacts with regularly, or maybe he has control over who it impacts. But yeah, unless he encounters them face-to-face, it's highly unlikely they'll find out about Jean. Maybe not even then.
