Depends on how the author does it tbh. Destiny Unchain Online and Golden Experience Point are two of the best one's I can think of.


But yeah, I do understand your wariness to the VR genre. I remember reading the premise to 'The SSS Ranker Returns' about someone regressing just so he can get revenge for getting ganged up in a video game and couldn't stop laughing.
