I think it's a Belphegor reference

Belphegor is a demon associated with sloth, often depicted either as a monstrous, horned figure with claws sitting on a toilet, or as a beautiful woman who seduces people

Also, the word Azatoi in the title means something like “Calculatingly charming” it describes someone who deliberately acts a certain way to get attention or make others like them

Kinda lines up with how Hayami is

The amount of layers and details this series has is genuinely impressive. I'm almost certain that, if I look back and go through the chapters again with a more attentive eye, I'd find other instances of imagery that brings even more meaning to the story. The author has probably made several allusions to real-life theology and occultism already.

Now that I think of it, Hayami being a Devil figure is quite true to the Bible, with him/her being a tempter/temptress of immense beauty.
