I got an answer for that one: Some chapters ago she said "Screw being the plastic model club I want to draw and write" as per one of her usual whims and her friends just went with it so they became a calligraphy club and threw away their hats at the end of the chapter.

She is the daughter or granddaughter of the principal, I don't really remember.
She was interested in forming a harem of weak boys and the principal paid neesan to change her tastes (to strong men) but she ended up making her fall for her after a torture(?) session

Now what's funny is that she's called Aiki Haga, probably a direct ref to Mike Haggar, mayor of metro city in Final Fight, who her dad is a direct copy of.
