This manga could be instructive material. The love triangle was a bike with a third wheel tied to the back getting dragged across the pavement making a grating noise. Now that Yumesaki and Amesaka are finally allowed to bond it's a comfy bike with sidecar. The grating noise is gone and I don't have to feel bad for the third wheel anymore.
