The author is as some already said either sadistic as F or needs some therapy, I am going to write for every chapter so this gonna be long.

Chapter one: the girl literally only joked about the Protagonist? Being into here and were making fun of him, but a Slap not even talking about a punch was just unnecessary and the Protagonist? was actually liking her so why hit her yes was it embarrassing and yes was she going over bord some what, but hitting her seriously?
Chapter 2-3: what is this even? Firstly she make fun of himself for not having friends and a Girlfriend than the Protagonist instead of saying something like "you make it hard" he puts the full blame on her and than ends him self to hurt her like what? whiles she trys to explain herself and reasonable she goes into depression and when she finally gets to school she is F up in here head that she talks to the flowers on his table and continues her usual self to cope, like the Protagonist? is not there he can't even se her being "Punished" if that was the only thing he wanted and before anyone says he got bullying him every single day and that's why he ended himself, I can personally say for someone bullied for 7 years straight seriously? and to the Girl she is now mentally ill and is traumatized for bullying someone with just words who were not even that bad, great!
Chapter 4: Whiles cathartic at first she was elementary schooler when she did the milk thing and they are at least in Middle school like you carried all of that and didn't even care for the apology because you wanted to throw the milk back this is so petty also the "midget" thing alludes to something I am gonna go into.
Chapter five: This is just weird.
Page one: The girl makes fun of him for learning and not having friends, but by the end learns her "lesson" and feels actually bad.
Page two: She makes him whilst she deos play it off she still made food for him and in the perspective of Protagonist? she thought of giving him her food that was to much, she even wrote a not of her apologizing over the day before and is also way nicer to him and by the end she finds the whole bento thrown in the trash.
Page three: She goes and confronts himself about the thrown out bento he says that he won't eat it because it's from her after she says that he si virgin because he doesn't appreciate her making a bento for him than he says that she badmouts him and that she could've put something dangerous in it because why should she be nice to him out of no where and before she can explain her self he tells her to not show her face to him.
The reason I said this bad is mostly because she actually regretted her actions and wanted to apologize with the bento and he didn't even bother looking in to it like at worst his gonna get ill and stay at home for some time and most likely there is going to be nothing, because people saw her give him the bento this whole thing is the Protagonist not even once thinking she might actually not hate him.
Chapter six: Not going even go into detail she males fun of him and he just chokes her and says "You're so annoying" like seriously someone annoying makes you do that than you need therapy, at most I would say a Slap not a full on choking.
Chapter seven: She is just jealous accidentally breaks the Bracelet and he ends himself because of that so that he doesn't need to uhh face consequences of someone else braking the Bracelet? What is this like this doesn't even make sense.
Chapter eight: Probably one of the only ones were it was deserved, but seems like she was jealous, but I guess a broken Clock is right twice a day.
Chapter nine: This is the prove for my argument at the end.
So the Protagonist? is afraid of heights and asked the girl for help and she is reasonably complaining about needing to change it and he says he couldn't say he no because he was afraid heights, so she agin reasonably makes fun of him for saying yes even tho his afraid of heights and calls him pathetic and realizes he is looking under her skirt and calls him out he responds with saying she has trousers underneath and she says his pervert trys to cover her underneath and falls of and lands on him, and there is blood and she ask him if is alright before releasing there is blood and the box imply that he survived, but did come to school afterwards.
Firstly: They seme to be at least friends if not more.
Secondly: She is very reasonable whiles also poking on him.
Thirdly: her first reaction was not accusing him of anything what most "Brats" would do, but ask him if he is alright.
This is is genuinely so bad.
Chapter ten: this one has nothing to with being a "Brat", but more with arrogance and why was it necessary to make her vomit, actually there should be respect she held to the promise and even went so far that she vomited.
Chapter eleven: I don't even have a way of describing how uninteresting this is.
Chapter twelve: Incest?
Chapter thirteen: Holy Mother Earth.
Firstly: She is his girlfriend.
Secondly: The Protagonist did say to her that who would be at the party.
Thirdly: she most definitely didn't intend on killing and most likely just wanted to push him away what is pretty normal behavior for someone who is jealous or feels betrayed.
Fourthly: The self end part.
This just bad on all sides, hey at leat the first non-Highschooler and the first one who isn't flat also Important in my argument.
Chapter fourteen: What? so her "punishment" is being treated like shit and being kicked on the head at her job. What the F?!
Chapter fifteen: Thy friends, guessing from the fact of how close they are and she even encourages him to not disappoint her even tho she liked him.
Where is she a "Brat" or even deserving of any "punishment"
Also Important in my argument.
Chapter sixteen: They nor just friends, but so close even that he Trained with her and if it wasn't for her getting embarrassed she would've had potential a chance.
This just sad for her.
Chapter seventeen: I don't even understand it, but my guess is that she waited on her senpai and than called for her friends and so got late to school and got beaten because of that by her "Friends".
This just sad, her senpai doesn't help her and she struggles to be honest with him and gets beaten for waiting for him and the friends she has besides her senpai, she has because she rather have some friends than show that she doesn't and be embarrassed.
Chapter eighteen: With a girl who struggles to just be normal with the person they love, but yeah for the most part deserved, besides calling her scum it's bit to over bord.
Chapter nineteen: Good if you like Yandere.
So let's get to my argument.
Firstly: I think the author is Sadistic person who specifically has it out for tsundere middle to highschooler in this entire thing there is only one older and more "busty" than the the average of his female characters and thats "Chapter thirteen girl" look at that chapter 4 where he cals her "midget" an as I said there is only one girl that isn't like that.
Secondly: At most I can only say chapter eight and eighteen Girls deserved their "punishment" and eight eighteen.
Thirdly: it is quite weird that most of these are young teenagers.
Fourthly: the chapter nine is also a prove that his just out for the age and body group, because the girl is one of the most if not the most reasonable character in this thing an yet gets "Punished" for daring making fun of the Protagonist for burdening her with his tasks.
Basically I'm saying the author at best needs therapy for his insane Sadism and at worst is not good around children if he thinks that all of these are "Brats".
I would love to write more, but it is 3 and I have F up my sleeping schedule enough and tahts also the reason why my writing is wrong or off sorry.
