They werent assaulting her, they were asking for her advice, and he only though that they were confessing to her, not trying to assault her, there were girls also in the line, so your logic kind of does not apply in this situation.

I'm guessing this is not actually Sasaki but the other girl. It seems more likely, since she's already like a carbon copy of the Evil Sasaki from his delusions. The favor was probably to swap places, or something similar. It also would help to explain why she's reacting like this; they really don't know each other.
Although this is going to be traumatizing for MC either way lol.
