The only people in this manga that are decent are Yotsuba, Fuu, Uichi, Yotsuba’s brother (maybe) and the blonde girl from highschool. Even the blonde boy from highschool who wanted Uichi to stand up for himself is unsympathetic to his plight and only voices objections to his peers when he feels like it.

I disagree with Fuu, I have a strong feeling that she's the one behind all this, I mean, think about it, who else knows Uichi so well, besides that if she talks and gives advice to Uichi's sister then she probably knows about games and technology, something that Fuu knows very well, she barely appears and hardly helps with anything, she never talks to Uichi even though she knows what he's going through (at least it doesn't show that she talked to him). I have a theory that in the original timeline something happened between Fuu and Uichi, maybe she liked him or Yotsuba but could never be with either of them since they love each other, it's a big maybe, but I don't know, it makes sense to me.
Honestly the only main issue with Fuu being Clover is the age. Sure it initially seems like Clover can be a same age peer as Uichi and Yotsuba but then we learn his sister sees Clover as a seemingly same aged peer to herself. Clover can be faking their age and voice, and could be younger or older than they seem to be from messages and phone calls, but somehow the idea of a kid (remember if Fuu was Clover, she had to be maybe 10-11 when she manipulated the sister) being able to manipulate a teen to do their bidding seems out there compared to the rest of the manga, especially since other characters (even Yae and Eito) mostly act their age, manchildness aside.

Esperemos entonces.

Not going to lie, Yae's self-demonstrating TV Tropes page would be interesting since he is utterly selfish in his world view and will definitely deny reality, forcing Yotsuba to come in to explain what really went on and what she really thinks about him.

It’s not that Fuu can’t think “like an adult” to try and destroy Uichi’s life (she can with the rules of time travel in the setting) but it’s moreso how she may pull off her destruction plan. Of course if she is clover the manga will likely break down the logistics but as it is the main issue is “how does Uichi’s Sister not detect anything wrong with her friend (clover) sounding slightly younger than her yet seem so “profound” (it’s implied the phone call we see after the family fight is not the first one)” with the only cover being Fuu either uses a voice changer (that doesn’t sound too artificial) or uses someone to speak for her to cover her true age and gender so no one gets suspicious. Uichi’s sister is gullible yes but you think she may be shocked to learn clover may be like a young highschooler rather than the young adult she expected. Neither idea is far fetched mind you, and it’s not a strong thing against Fuu being Clover but I felt it was worth saying.

There is also the non age related issue of why I think Fuu may not be Clover that does not have to do with age and something I just felt like saying “why would Clover/Fuu sabotage one of her own pawns by revealing that the true instigator of Uichi’s high school bullying was Yae when Yae was an important asset in the suicide plan?” Clover seems to not be the type to sacrifice one scheme in favor of alternative plans because their acceleration of the financial scam seems to be more so desperation than a willing adaptation and it seems they didn’t order Yae to kill Uichi directly in a messy way, the bastard thought of it himself. Otherwise Clover likes to be discrete and orderly and have Uichi explicitly commit suicide, likely to not be traced. Fuu inadvertently casing Yae to fall into madness and chaos seems to go against the implications of (Clover’s) personality of a mastermind trying to ensure all their plans go smoothly.

Reason Yae is a pathetic pervert plebeian #100: claims he will support Yotsuba as she grieves for Uichi… then proceeds to leave her by herself to go back to school.

Come on, I couldn't understand your comment very much, it was very confusing, I don't know if it's the translator or if it's the original comment that is confusing, but I'll try to answer. I'll start at the end, Clover is not a genius, at least that's what you can understand so far, it may be wrong, but with what we have of information it's the most likely. Clover is a time traveler too and it is possible that like Yotsuba she has ruined the item she used to go back in time and now she can't anymore and that's why she couldn't stop Yae from killing Uichi. Or, as Yotsuba went back in time immediately after Yae killed the Uichi she didn't even find out about it and for that reason didn't stop her.
About Fuu being Clover, I think it's very likely and very plausible that she is, I believe it would be much easier to explain why she wants Uichi's suicide.
Maybe a translation issue, maybe I made it too complex. But in simple terms it seems implied Clover is a similar age to Uichi's sister Utako because its more likely a middle schooler would be able to have full internet access to contact her (sure Fuu may be able to do it behind her parent's backs but it depends on how strict they are with her, which we don't know). Utako is seemingly under this impression and never thinks "oh you sound younger/older than me, wonder how old are you..."

Also Fuu directly sabotages Yae by outing him (and later helps Yotsuba track the Clover account), which allows Yotsuba to destroy his mind and Clover loses one of their pawns to destroy Uichi. Why would Clover sabotage themself, especially since them "accelerating the financial scam" seems like a desperate move rather than a calculated one. Clover can be foolish sure but this seems like a dumb move they would not do.

And sure, Yotsuba being on Yae's trail may end up triggering him to murder Uichi himself, which would allow Clover to get their goal and could be why Clover did this self sabotage, but Clover seems to want Uichi to specifically commit suicide in a discreet manner (as opposed to anything else). Otherwise, why not just tell Yae to murder Uichi sooner (he gladly would do it)?

It just didn't seem like Clover would out one of their own pawns just to make them more kill happy and get the job done sooner.
