Don't you say that. Don't you DARE fucking say that. We all know what the fate of best girls in manga is.So, Natsumi is the best girl
Bless her, but Kogahara is kind of slow, so probably not.Wonder if the thing Lemon said about hurting the person that matter to her clicked to Natsumi when she discovered that Lemon and MC used to date
...probably not.
*self inflicted pretended PTSDI thought the goal was more to not make de readers riot when Lemon wins hahaha
in the end we knew from the start the cheating was a lie, but the problem is that the MC ended with PTSD from that shitty lie
This chapter was good, I'm feeling like Lemon's side of the story can make sense, the side that doesn't really feel like it make's sense is Sunao's. I still don't think the way the story was presented was good enough.Alright comment section how are we gonna twist this chapter to shit on Lemon this time
Yeah but the whole rest of the manga was already presenting her as a good person. It would honestly be more interesting if she was more selfish originally. The goal was to make readers hate Lemon less since the whole hook of the manga was presenting Lemon as a bitch.
You know what happened? Author created a half backed story, likely initially wanted to paint Lemon as a bad person who changed over time. Then his manga got up in the charts and sold enough so that publisher told the author "Good Job! With situation like this we can extend the series for more volumes!". Author likely didn't have a plan for extra volumes + initial "shock" element about her "lie" was pretty bad. (Author literally could create something more feasible, like her just breaking up with him saying i don't like you anymore then no contact for 4 years and try to rekindle everything because she has gotten rid of bullying and finally can be true to herself.Yeah but the whole rest of the manga was already presenting her as a good person. The answer we got was the most obvious and boring one possible. Everything in this stupid, overlong flashback could have been conveyed with 2 or 3 lines and some tears. Just exists to take up space because the actual story has nowhere to go and is spinning its wheels.
Actually on pages 25 and 26 (of 59) in Chapter 1 there was a shooting star. It seems pretty obvious that Lemon was making a wish even though Sunao said that he had forgot to.So HOW does this lead to magic soul transfer suddenly coming into play?
I am predicting on a random guess that they will pull the old classic anime/manga plot device of a character praying to a shrine to solve their issues, and a deity deciding to help them with a monkey's paw type wish.
