The gang should call the police right then so that the police can verify the bag and take the hair from inside which will have Arika's DNA (they can match from Arika's family members for confirmation) , or maybe some otaku has a sample of her hair somewhere.

Because if you look at the official web page, the title of this chapter is 天使は何処へ
There's a possibility that it has been fixed in the volume release, idk
