For one, because they skipped a couple steps before getting married, like becoming an actual couple. This marriage was created out of convenience and not love, it is a sham marriage, and Kyousuke was dragged into it with close to zero agency of his own. They need to start over, do it properly and in such a way that Kyousuke wouldn't feel like he cheated his way into this marriage.

I kinda get what Kyousuke means. He is learning the "how can I love someone if I don't love myself." Its a hard process when trying to overcome low self esteem. The two obviously trust each other and she doesn't mind waiting.

As the saying goes "love is when you can set someone free and know they will return back to you."

We get that part, but the him moving out purely for him to suffer by himself is yhe retarded part.

There's literally no upsides to creating distance between each other for his arbitrary goal. A goal which ironically would be achieved far faster and easier with the support of a loving girlfriend within arms reach.
